Terms and Conditions for 24 hour Express Orders

*The express turnaround time starts once a proof has been confirmed and payment has been received. If this is after 14:00 the following working day will be working day 1 of the express turnaround time.

*For 24 hour express orders if we do not dispatch the order within the express turnaround time of 1-2 working days we will refund the FULL express fee. We will not refund any other costs other than the express fee where applicable.

*We will endeavor to dispatch 24 hour express orders within 24 hours of proof confirmation and payment however please note in some instances this may not be possible due to backlogs or material availability.

Please note the express turnaround time is a time period for the order to be dispatched within NOT the time period the order is expected to be delivered within.
